The East of Scotland Cycling Association
(ESCA) is the governing body for cycle sport in the Lothian
and Borders area of Scotland. Clubs in the area ESCA is made up by a number of affiliated clubs who are based in the Lothian and Borders area. Cycle racing and other event promotions As well as governing the sport in conjunction with the Scottish Cyclists' Union, the Association also promotes a number of events and championships throughout the year for all ages and abilities.
